- Post Paid Fees: You can pay monthly or ‘post paid’. With post paid, once your BAS is complete, we send it securly to you for your approval and signature. At the same time we send your invoice. We lodge your BAS once it has been signed, and after our invoice is paid. We do offer optional monthly prepaid fees, as some clients have requested it. We recommend post-paid services for new clients.
- Bookkeeping: We set up your file. If you already have Xero, we will check ot to be sure everything is working efficiently. If you use another system, we will transfer you to Xero for FREE! We will show you how to process your transactions and avoid additional processing fees completely, if you want. Some clients prefer us to process the transactions for them. We can do that and we charge a time based fee and use auto coding to minimise the time and fee. Bookkeeping fees are also charged where corrections are needed. Most clients prefer to avoid this fee. It’s your choice, and we provide a free video training program to help acheive this. Some clients prefer personal training. You can book a training session with your dedicated bookkeeper at any time, for the scheduled set fee. We do like clients who take our training (either free video or personal). These clients become financially organised and in control of their business. They have beautiful data files!
Our bookkeepers really enjoy working on these organised files. Messy data files are unpleasant for our team, and the fee is unpleasant for you! As a new client, we allocate extra time to hold your hand, at no cost to you, because we understand that it can take some time to learn the ropes. But don’t worry, we’ve helped hundreds of clients and we’re here to help you.
All clients have access to our extended BAS lodgement dates, with your dedicated bookkeeper. You will also get free monthly business tips and advice and provide a free, secure documents portal.
- Set Fee Tax Preparation: When we prepare your BAS, we know that your data file is accurate. As a result, we offer an optional, set price tax preparation service, with Accountants 2 Business.
